In jail for a month, 33 migrants get bail for clashing with police; �Victims, not criminals�, says Gujarat HC

Justice Paresh Upadhyay observed that the said accused were “victims, and certainly not criminals.” They were in jail since May 18 when the FIR was registered against them.
