The Ashank Desai Centre for Leadership and Organisational Development (ADCLOD) organized a virtual Roundtable on “Revisiting the History of Civil Service Reforms from Capacity Building Lens” in collaboration with Capacity Building Commission. This discussion helps to understand the importance and scope of implementing key recommendations by Administrative Reforms Commission (ARC), historical perspectives on Indian governance and to gauge whether these ideas fit the capacity building agenda of Capacity Building Commission.
