Message from the Dean
The motto of IIMA is Vidya Viniyogad Vikas - development through application of knowledge. IIMA alumni are the prime movers through whom the institute makes a lasting impact on the development of organisations, industry, society, country and environment. The alumni body is a valuable network of connections that extend all over the world and in different firms in the public and private sector, nonprofits and governments, A significant portion of our alumni are entrepreneurs who are engaged in bringing their dreams into reality. The alumni connect with each other in activities of various alumni chapters, or work towards common interests as part of alumni special interest groups. The alumni give back to the institute in a variety of ways including offering elective courses, contributing to workshops and delivering guest lectures, discussing research questions and case study opportunities with faculty, mentoring students, participating in campus events, and contributing financially through the IIMA Endowment Fund. Our alumni are our brand ambassadors, they represent IIMA to the world.

View allThe Alumni and External Relations Office is responsible for Global Partnerships and International Affairs, Academic and Corporate Collaborations, Strategic Initiatives, Government Engagement, Alumni Relations, and Community Engagement. It is the single point of contact for all alumni related queries and activities and connects alumni with faculty, students, and others at the Institute through various platforms including Reunions, Chapters, Alumni Special Interest Groups, The WIMWIAN alumni magazine, Events etc. The AER Office engages with external organizations to develop collaborations for student exchange, research, mobility, big data lab, community engagement, create avenues for students to participate in competitions/awards etc. It develops and runs strategic initiatives and supports all arms of the institute in their initiatives.

View allThe Endowment Fund works towards formalising and deepening efforts in fundraising, exploring possibilities of engagement with alumni and the corporate world, optimally utilising the funds for the betterment of the Institute as well as enhancing its visibility in the global management community.

I want to register @IIMA Alumni portal how can I Sign up?
Please Signup/register with your registered Email ID @Alumni database, on which you receive mails from the alumni office. In case your email id is not registered send your IIMA Course certificate or transcript on alumni@iima.ac.in.
I am already a registered user how can I reset my password?
Head over to iima.almaconnect.com and click "Login with Email". On the login page, click "Forgot Password", then enter your registered email ID and a password reset link will be sent to you.
Being an Alum how can I access VSL Library?
The membership is provided to IIMA's Alumni, students pursuing Ph.D at some other institutes/ professionals/ faculty at other educational institutes on payment basis in addition to institutional membership. For more details please refer https://library.iima.ac.in/for-others.html

After login @IIMA Alumni portal you can go to the Jobs tab on the top menu and click on “Post Opening(s)” to post a job.
Will alumni of other networks be able to apply for my job posting?
Yes, while posting for the job, tick the checkbox against “Receive applications from other alumni networks too” for promoting it in other networks.
