Further, consistent with our motto, research at IIMA also informs and takes forward management practice. Our faculty make a conscious effort to undertake practically relevant knowledge-creation pursuits. The Research & Publications (R&P) office is at the heart of the institutional effort to develop research as one of the core competencies of IIMA. The R&P office provides financial and academic support to faculty through generous research grants, research writing workshops, IIMA working paper series, and publication editing process assistance. Through the R&P office, we also demonstrate our commitment to fostering the management research ecosystem in India. Specifically, we invite eminent speakers and thought leaders to conduct seminars online and in the hybrid mode. Over the years, these events have offered unparalleled knowledge exchange opportunities for the management research diaspora.
