Parvinder Gupta is Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, India.
She earned her Ph.D degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. Her primary academic interest is in the basic and applied research on human behavior in different socio-cultural settings and varied organizational contexts.
Her teaching and research interests are in the areas of individual and interpersonal dynamics, leadership, team development, management of change, and organizational culture. Her publications include two books and a number of articles and research papers. She has written several teaching cases.
She has received awards for ‘The Best Teacher’ and ‘The Best Research Paper’. She has vast experience of designing, developing and conducting short term as well as long term management education programmes for top and senior executives and officers of government, public and private sector organizations.
