Where IIMA’s Academic Rigour Meets Global Business
Admission to the Executive MBA at IIMA Dubai is based on a holistic evaluation of a candidate’s academic background, professional experience, leadership experience, and overall readiness for the programme. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years of post graduation experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Candidates may apply with an IIMA Admission Test, GMAT, EA or GRE (or equivalent criteria) score. The Admissions Committee may waive the admission test requirement for candidates whose academic and professional record provides sufficient evidence of quantitative and analytical readiness. Shortlisted candidates undergo a personal interview, followed by application review and selection.

The IIMA Executive MBA is designed specifically for experienced professionals who have already built substantial careers. Rather than focusing only on foundational management knowledge, the programme emphasises broader strategic judgement, cross-functional perspectives, and preparation for greater leadership and enterprise-level responsibility.
Which admission tests are accepted?
Applicants can submit scores from the IIMA Admission Test, GMAT Focus, Executive Assessment (EA), or GRE. The Admissions Committee may waive the admission test requirement where a candidate’s academic and professional record provides sufficient evidence of quantitative and analytical readiness.
Can I pursue the Executive MBA while continuing my career?
Yes. The programme is designed as a part-time Executive MBA with weekend classes, enabling professionals to continue in their current roles while engaging with faculty, peers and the programme’s academic experience.
What kind of learning experience does the programme offer?
The programme uses IIMA’s case method and cross-functional learning approach, enabling participants to examine real business situations, engage with diverse perspectives, and develop the ability to look at business challenges beyond a single function.

What are the payment options for the programme?
The programme fee is USD 100,000 + VAT. Participants can choose to pay the programme fee through instalments at no additional cost, with the fee structured across a commitment fee and four instalments. Financing options are also available through finance/loan partners.
