IIMA’s pioneering India Management Research Conference (IMRC) is back for a thought-provoking, insightful third edition from December 4-6, 2026. A congregation of thought leaders, industry experts, research scholars, and academicians, IMRC 2026 will build on its rich legacy of fostering innovative research, exploring solutions to India-centric challenges, and enriching academic discourse.

Centred around the theme “Reimagining Organizations: Transformation and Value-Creation in the Age of AI”, this year’s IMRC will explore and shape a highly transformative discourse that is redefining the nature of organizations and modern workplaces in a rapidly changing digital and geopolitical landscape. The conference will be spread across 12 diverse research tracks, curated by IIMA’s Centres of Research Excellence and disciplinary areas, delving into myriad perspectives of organizations in an increasingly AI-driven world. 

Packed with insightful keynote sessions, panel discussions, editorial sessions, workshops, paper and poster presentations, and a Networking Forum for PhD students and Early Career Researchers, IMRC 2026 promises to be a confluence of high-quality scholarly discourses and industry insights.
