Ravi Agrawal is a Marketing Professional with over 25 years of experience in management and marketing of a wide bandwidth of products with demonstrated initiatives. He possesses skills and abilities in taking up fresh and new challenges and fulfilling them with great success. His expertise also lies in Product management, marketing and brand/image building through a synergic set of communication activities internal and external. He currently works as Head – Marketing, Digitization and Telematics for Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd – Commercial vehicle division. Apart from marketing related activities, he also takes care of process digitization and telematics solution for trucks and buses.
Bharat Bhushan has been deeply associated with Commercial Vehicle Industry with 28 years of experience with Tata Motors. He carries a rich and wide experience with him cutting across functions like Strategy, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Business Development, Product Planning, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing and Strategic Marketing. He is leading digital transformation and AIML roll out at Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles and has been instrumental in building three large digital platforms and new business models at CVBU, and the platform Fleet Edge which is one of the largest connected vehicle platforms globally. In his previous role, he was head of Product Planning for MHCV and Lead for business transformation project GTME (Go to Market Excellence). He is a 1996 Batch Tata Motors GET, Mechanical Engg graduate and PGDM(GM) from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Bhagwan K. Bindiganavile is the Executive Vice President responsible for Strategic Planning, Brand & Communications for VE Commercial Vehicles -a Joint Venture between Volvo Group and Eicher Motors Limited. He previously served in various roles in the Volvo Group and Tata Motors, while being located in the US, Sweden, and India. He has served as Vice President and Head of Strategy for the Volvo Group’s Trucks Business in North America covering Mack and Volvo Trucks, President of Volvo Technology of America Inc -the Volvo Group’s advanced research arm in the US and Senior Vice President, Brand Portfolio Management, AB Volvo Sweden. Mr. Bhagwan also serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).
V.G. Ramakrishnan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Avanteum Advisors LLP a niche Advisory and Management Consulting firm. He is known for his expertise in the manufacturing sector with particular interest in the Mobility and Transportation & Logistics space, helping companies in their growth. He is a well known speaker in the mobility industry as well as a jury member in the Apollo CV Awards. In addition, he has collaborated and contributed to IIM Ahmedabad’s program in developing the next generation of truckers. Mr. Ramakrishnan has nearly 30 years of consulting experience. Prior to founding Avanteum, he was the Regional Managing Director of Frost & Sullivan.
