The Centre for Transportation and Logistics, IIMA, along with the Production and Operations Management Society (POMS) (India chapter), will jointly organise an online panel discussion on ‘Supply Chain Excellence in Quick-Commerce: Data-driven Decisions and Research Opportunities’ on October 31, 2025, at 6:00 PM IST.
As customer demand for fast and convenient deliveries continues to grow, quick-commerce platforms are presented with the challenge of optimising multiple aspects of their supply chain. The discussion will delve into the broader spectrum of these challenges and how leading e-commerce platforms are addressing them through innovative and data-driven strategies in this fast paced domain.

Mr. Kannan Subramanian is the Analytics leader - Customer Experience & Supply Chain Management at Flipkart. Mr. Subramanian has over two decades of experience across Analytics, Product Management and Software Engineering, working across multiple Technology companies. He has also worked with major retailers across multiple geographies in India, UK and USA. He is an Engineer by education and has a Masters in Business Administration from IIM-Bangalore.
Ms. Kakul Paul is the Delivery Unit Leader at Tiger Analytics. With over two decades of experience, Ms. Kakul brings in deep expertise at the intersection of advanced analytics, AI, and domain knowledge to provide strategic functional guidance to clients through a data driven approach and to help set-up high performing, cross-functional Analytics COEs for delivering the same at scale. She started her career in the CPG industry with GSK Consumer Health Care and later transitioned to the world of analytics. Prior to joining Tiger, Ms. Kakul held leadership roles at Accenture, Brillio and Marketics and has also been part of the founding team of two successful Analytics start-ups (Marketics and Marketelligent), where she managed and scaled-up clients across CPG, Retail, Hospitality & Gaming industry. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the IIT Varanasi and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Mr. Anish Shrivastava is the Chief Revenue Officer at Blinkit, and has over 15 years of experience across the CPG, food tech and consumer tech sectors. Mr. Shrivastava has been with Grofers (now Blinkit) since its early days in 2015. He has been a central figure in shaping the growth and evolution of India’s quick-commerce ecosystem.
