About the Workshop:
The Centre for Transportation and Logistics at IIMA continues its flagship Workshop on Advancing Research in Transportation Systems and Logistics Management, bringing together three days of interactive and intensive learning led by experienced IIMA faculty across six sessions. This year's edition centers on the theme of advanced research tools, sustainability, and next-generation skills, reflecting the evolving future of research and practice in the field of transportation and logistics. Taking forward the vision of its previous two successful editions, this research methodology workshop equips researchers, practitioners, and students with cutting-edge analytical techniques and modeling tools widely used across the varied avenues of the sector. Participants will gain hands-on exposure to these methods while exploring how they can be woven into innovative approaches to teaching and mentorship.

The workshop is designed for:

• Doctoral Students or Early Academic Researchers pursuing studies or research in transportation, logistics, or supply chain domains
• Faculty and academicians teaching or researching in this domain
• Domain practitioners seeking to update their research and analytical skills

Please note the necessary guidelines for participation in the workshop:

• Interest in learning software with minimal coding
• Basic programming and mathematics competency are necessary
• Familiarity with linear programming and statistical analysis
• Participants must have access to a working computer 
• Attendance in all sessions on all three days is mandatory to receive the workshop participation certificate
