Join Professor Vishal Gupta of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad as he talks with Dr Pujya Gnanvatsal Swami, Life Coach & Eminent Speaker, BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha and Mr Shrenik Shah, Keynote Speaker, Sound of Silence Talks & Leadership coach about the art of spiritual leadership and how to grow beyond self-limiting beliefs.

 Dr Pujya Gnanvatsal Swami: Dr Pujya Gnanvatsal Swami is a life coach, motivational speaker, and spiritual leader. He works as a social reformer at Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS). Born and raised in Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat, Swamiji is a graduate of mechanical engineering from Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya, Vallabh Vidyanagar. He has been a speaker at various seminars in the United States of America, Australia, Canada, Europe, England & New Zealand speaking on a plethora of genres varying from career to

stress. He has spoken about subject matters including Stress Management in daily life, Ethics in Profession, Attitude - The Master Key, Work-Life Balance and Character - Home of Happiness at conferences like ‘Leader 2030: Role of HR’, organised by the National Human Resource Development Network, Ahmedabad Chapter (NHRDN-Ahmedabad) and Federation of Gujarat Industries (FGI) “FGI HR Conclave ~ Travails of Team Building: Enabling and Retaining”. In addition to this, he is an avid reader and has discussed nuances of rethinking, redesigning and rebuilding at the National Entrepreneur Summit 2022 held in Mumbai.

 Shrenik Shah: Mr Shrenik Shah is a Vocal Chord Cancer survivor and a Cancer Warrior for 25 years and has helped other Cancer Warriors through one on one group coaching. He is also a leadership coach and a keynote speaker invited by over 21 international organizations including HCG Cancer Care, WegoHealth, Health Union and Della Leaders Club to name a few of them. Recognized as Global Goodwill Ambassador, he has also been a recipient of the USA Super Achievers India Award – 2021, an Award from the Union of International Cancer Control, Geneva, the Catalyst Counsellor Award and the “Be the Change" Global Award to name a few accolades to his achievements. Further, he also published his biography, "SHAHENSHAH" as the world's 1st being Vocal Chord Cancer Survivor. Since last 12 years, he has also delivered lectures to over 100 national & international institutes, namely: The Union of International Cancer Control, Geneva, Atos Medical, Nottingham & Brighton, UK, Creative society, USA, The Lymphoma & Leukemia Society, Formidable man, and countless other organizations across India.
