The success story of beauty brand Nykaa and its founder and CEO Falguni Nayar is not new to people. Nayar, an IIMA alum who is known as a self-made woman billionaire, encouraged the 584 IIMA students who received degrees in the institute’s 57th convocation on Wednesday to do what they love to do without thinking about peers, family or societal expectations.
