Some Key Committees are as Follows:

Building Committee: All policy matters of campus development involving building construction, renovation, repairs requiring consideration and approval of the Board of Governors are placed before the Building Committee.

Finance and Audit Committee: All policy matters on finance and risks requiring consideration and approval of the Board of Governors are first placed before the Finance Committee for consideration and recommendations to the Board.
