Against Discrimination
All employees/ students are advised to:
- Desist from any act of discrimination against SC/ST/OBC/EWS/DA students/employees on grounds of their characteristics such as social origin/ economic background/ ability.
- Do not indulge in any kind of discrimination against any community member or category of student/ employee.
- Lodge such complaints of discrimination to the Anti-Discrimination Committee on email id adc@iima.ac.in
Following is the Anti-Discrimination Committee constituted to look into the discrimination complaints received from the SC/ST/OBC/EWS/DA students/employees:

Against Sexual Harassment
Complaint related to sexual harassment may be submitted to Committee for Managing Gender Issues (CMGI) on chr-cmgi@iima.ac.in
Against Ragging
Complaint related to ragging may be submitted to Warden on warden@iima.ac.in
If any such incident comes to the notice of the respective committee, it shall be immediately investigated by the said Committee, preferably within a week. Assistance of other administrative authorities/ functionaries may be taken if required. The Committee will submit a report to the Director with their recommendations. Action shall be taken against the erring person.
