Administrative Staff Recruitment at IIMA
The Institute recruits Administrative Staff for various roles across different functional levels, based on organizational requirements. These positions are currently offered on a Tenure-Based Scaled Contract (TBSC), and the pay structure follows the Seventh Central Pay Commission (CPC) scales, as approved by the Government of India.
The prescribed pay scales are aligned with those applicable to similar positions in Central Government institutions.
